Public Consultation on Channel/Core CACM 44: Fallback procedures

Context

This consultation concerns the Channel/Core CCR Fallback Procedures in accordance with Article 44 of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1222 of 24 July 2015 (CACM). In cooperation with all other TSOs across Europe, Channel/Core TSOs plan to amend the Shadow Allocation Rules 1.4/Regional Shadow Allocation Rules for the Channel/Core CCR in order to merge them with other Shadow Allocation Rules currently applied across Europe into one set of Shadow Allocation Rules. This consultation is run in accordance with Article 9(13) CACM.
