The forecast period always begins with the D Forecast (intraday data) and runs to the D+6 forecast (future data). - "Week ahead forecast"
This is a snapshot of the D+6 forecast and is updated at 5 p.m. - "Day-ahead forecast"
This is a snapshot of D+1 forecast and is updated at 8:45 a.m. - "Most recent forecast"
The most recent forecast is refreshed every 15 minutes for the remaining hours of the current day.

The "Elia Grid Load" is the share of the total electricity consumption supplied via the Elia grid (including grid losses). Please find here a visual example.

The "Total Load" is an estimation of the total electricity consumption in Belgium (including grid losses). It is based on a combination of computations, measurements and extrapolations. Please find here a visual example.
