Technical Certification Procedure
This procedure describes the rules in force regarding Technical Certification of the technical quality responsible of an awarded works Contract for Elia.
Trainings and tests
Elia provides training sessions that will be organised a few weeks before the test moments.
As the whole of the specifications is extensive, it is impossible to cover all aspects of the specifications in trainings.
The trainings will therefore be primarily limited to the structure of the specifications and a clarification of "what" one can find "where".
