Informal public consultation regarding design clarifications and implementation modifications following from the return of experience of iCAROS phase 1 impacting the Scheduling Agent
Elia launches today the informal consultation of its proposal for design clarifications and implementation modifications following from the Return of Experience (REX) iCAROS phase 1 limited to impacts for the Scheduling Agent (T&C SA).
Context
The document for which feedback is requested reflects the proposal for 8 reported issues.
Through this informal consultation Elia is looking for feedback whether
- The proposed ways forward to tackle these issues are acceptable for all market parties. These ways forward could be:
- A solution proposed by Elia
- A process to come to a solution
- A temporary workaround as long as no solution is found.
- In case of implementation changes, the proposed timing for implementing the modifications is acceptable for all market parties
- In case of limited contractual modifications, market parties agree with the proposal of Elia to only modify the T&C SA annexes for these specific changes.
Consultation Period
The stakeholders are therefore kindly requested to provide their feedback regarding the above-mentionned three points.
The stakeholders are given three weeks for providing their feedback. The consultation period is set from Thursday 23 January, 2025 to Wednesday 12 February, 2025.
