Context

In accordance with Articles 10 and 25(2) of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/2195 of 23 November 2017 establishing a Guideline on Electricity Balancing, Elia and the other responsible TSOs organise a public consultation on a proposal for a list of standard products for balancing capacity for frequency restorations reserves and replacement reserves.

Period

The consultation runs from 15 May 2019 until 31 July 2019 and is accessible on the ENTSO-E website via the following link: ENTSO-e website.
