Citizens invited to select their "favourite" project

In connection with the support measures for the Hastière-Pondrôme infrastructure project, the Be Planet Foundation, in partnership with the municipalities of Beauraing, Hastière and Houyet and with the support of Elia, launched a call for citizen initiatives. This call for projects closed last October. Elia and Be Planet are now inviting citizens to select their favourite project, which will be eligible for financial support.

All residents of the municipalities in question have until 15 January (inclusive) to vote for their favourite project. The project that receives the most votes will automatically be awarded financial support. A budget of up to €40,000 will be awarded to each project selected, making a total budget of €310,000 for the various projects, including the favourite project and the other projects selected by the jury.
