Permit application submitted and public consultation launched
On 23 January 2023, together with accredited consulting firm, SGS, we presented local residents with the initial findings of the impact study carried out in preparation for our permit application.
It was agreed that the permit application would be submitted after the summer holidays, so that it could be processed and publicised under the best possible circumstances.
Following the submission of the permit application and in accordance with the regulations, a public consultation is now being organised by the local authorities concerned.
For a period of one month, the public will have the opportunity to find out about our final project and the results of the Environmental Impact Assessment.
Here are the dates of the public consultation per municipality:
- Aubange: from 15/11/23 to 15/12/23
- Messancy: from 15/11/23 to 15/12/23
