Procedure continues

Following the submission of the planning permit application on 1 June, the procedure is ongoing.  

Given that the type of work complies with the sector plan within the meaning of Article D.II.23 of the CoDT (Code du Développement Territorial), the competent authorities have informed Elia that no public consultation should ultimately be carried out within the municipal administrations in question.
