Elia Group SA/NV announces the results of its tender offer
Elia Group SA/NV (the "Offeror") announces today the results of its invitation to holders of its outstanding EUR700,000,000 Fixed Rate Reset Undated Subordinated Securities (ISIN: BE0002597756) (the "Existing Securities") to tender such Existing Securities for purchase at par by the Offeror for cash (such invitation, the "Offer"). The Offeror will repurchase Existing Securities for an aggregate principal amount of EUR499,400,000 on 17 March 2023. The Offeror also closed the new issue of EUR500,000,000 Fixed Rate Reset Undated Subordinated Securities today (see press release of 9 March 2023).
