Preliminary information meeting on 9 March 2023

In order to begin the procedure to apply for planning permission, a public Preliminary Information Meeting will take place on 9 March 2023 at 7:30 p.m. at the Espace Citoyen de Lambusart, 2 Place de Lambusart, 6220 Lambusart (Fleurus).

Its purpose is to enable:

• Presentation of the applicant’s project (installation of a second circuit) as well as the basic application (registration  in the area plan);
• The public to learn about and make observations and suggestions and highlight specific issues that could be addressed in the environmental impact study for the project or in the environmental impact report for the plan;
• The presentation of technical alternatives that can reasonably be considered by the applicant so that they are taken into account when carrying out the environmental impact study or report.

In order to ensure that the information session runs smoothly, anyone wishing to attend the preliminary information meeting is cordially invited, without it being a prerequisite, to confirm his/her attendance beforehand using one of the three registration methods provided below:
