Using a helicopter with high-voltage pylons

As part of the Brabo Project, Elia is upgrading the 150kV high-voltage line between Zandvliet and Lillo along the A12 to 380kV. On Sunday, 28 June 2020, Elia is planning activities in the vicinity of the Stabroek interchange (No 13) along the A12. Using a helicopter, a nylon draw rope will be pulled across the pylons. Elia will then use these draw ropes to pull new electric wires through the previously installed high-voltage pylons.
