A12 closed during the night of 19 October
Elia will carry out works on the high-voltage grid above the A12 in Stabroek during the night between Friday 19 October and Saturday 20 October 2018. As part of the Brabo II project, between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. Elia will disconnect various high-voltage lines and remove them from the grid. Pulling machines will be used to take the high-voltage cables from the pylons and pull them over the A12 at a low altitude. They will then be taken away and disposed of. To this end, Elia needs to close the A12 in Stabroek in both directions for a few hours.
Please note: If due to poor weather conditions the works cannot be performed during the night between Friday 19 October and Saturday 20 October, they will be carried out one day later.
